About Instructor
For the learning and coaching sessions your instructor will be Taragay Toros. Founder and Consultant of TTglobal Consulting and Training Services providing consultancy and training services on process improvement to domestic and international organizations, Lean Six Sigma trainer & coach. Over the last 20 years working in a multinational company, I have gained knowledge and experience in production management, supply chain management, especially in Quality management and Continuous Improvement fields. I have been planning and delivering strategies and business plans, creating organizations to move the business, to increase customer satisfaction and to develop the competence of all stake holders. Leading a multinational team and working with different industries in different geographical areas with people of different cultures helped me to have the understanding of the big picture and the importance of focusing on people to create the continuous improvement culture. As a coach and leader, I helped them to better understand the work processes they oversee and adopt the mindset and behaviors to practice continuous improvement. Since 2018, I consulted and trained internationally known companies in Bangladesh, Romania, Turkey, Hong Kong and Bulgaria creating and leading their operational excellence roadmap to improve customer satisfaction and secure long-term competitiveness. I have trained 500+ people from different cultures. I have facilitated Kaizen activities and projects in different countries.
